Return Policies

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pacha purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time with receipt within 5 days of purchase. Please email orders@pachasoap.com to initiate a return or exchange. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
